Meet Andie
Andie Bertsche is a Broker Associate with Stanton Company Realtors,
an affiliation that stretches over more than 40 years.
She specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales in Montclair and 13 surrounding communities. A recognized leader in the industry, Andie has served on a number of local and state professional standards committees, among others.
She has been a consistent NJAR Circle of Excellence Award recipient since 1983, a Lifetime Member of the NJAR Distinguished Sales Club, a ten year Five-Star Professional winner (as seen in Fortune magazine) and former Realtor of the Year.
A dedicated volunteer, Andie has served on the boards of trustees of
numerous local organizations, including Junior League of Montclair-
Newark (president), Montclair Art Museum, Montclair Foundation,
United Way of North Essex (campaign and planning chair), as well as
membership in the Montclair Garden Club and Montclair Golf Club.

Andie helped us sell a large, 100 year old house in Montclair at a time when the market was weak. We had been in the house for 45 years. She advised on pre-sale preparations (including searching for underground tanks and being sure all required permits were available), staging to make the house more attractive to modern buyers, preparation of marketing materials and events.
